“After years of entitlement and design work, we are excited to celebrate this important milestone with our partners and development team to officially launch a true legacy project.”

The homes are expected to feature contemporary architecture with expansive windows and large outdoor living areas.

The first phase of luxury residential homes is expected to be completed by the spring of 2022, and future phases will be built out over the next several years.
