Eastbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway in Mesa reopens after crash

PHOENIX — The eastbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway was shut down in Mesa for more than four hours after a crash on Friday morning, authorities said.
The freeway was closed at Power Road around 10:30 a.m. and reopened at about 3 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The eastbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Dobson Road was also closed.

Motorists were advised to take the U.S. 60 Superstition Freeway as an alternate route.
