Southbound Loop 101 closed in Scottsdale due to crash

PHOENIX – The southbound Loop 101 in Scottsdale at Chaparral Road was reopened Wednesday evening around 6:10 p.m. after a crash, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The freeway was closed around 5:45 p.m. and all traffic was being directed to exit the freeway at Chaparral Road.
The northbound lanes were not affected.
