PHOENIX — The Valley’s 34th annual APS Electric Light Parade will be presented in a different light this year.

The 2020 edition will be displayed as a television and video stream-only experience due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The event will still take place on the first Saturday in December as it normally does.

ABC15 will air a 60-minute presentation on Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. that will include video from the 2019 parade in addition to new messages from community leaders and organizations.

The program will re-air on Christmas Day and will also broadcast on CW61 and PHXTV (Ch. 11) during the month of December.

However, the schedule for those broadcasts will be available at a later date.

More information and updates regarding the 2020 APS Electric Light Parade can be found online.

We want to hear from you.
