PHOENIX – Fountain Hills High School is moving all instruction online for the next two weeks because of COVID-19 exposures on campus, officials said Wednesday morning.
“Due to the number of students who have been in direct contact with a person who has tested positive, we feel this decision is in the best interest of our students,” the Fountain Hills Unified School District said in a Facebook post.
The district said the high school’s students must quarantine for 14 days, and all extracurricular activities scheduled during that time are canceled.
Remote instruction will begin Thursday.
The district said more information on the matter will be sent out soon.
