PHOENIX — A build-your-own pasta eatery will be opening next month in Chandler.
Pasta78 will be opening its doors on Nov. 2 on the northeast corner of Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard.
Guests will be able to create their own custom pasta dishes by choosing from 78 different pasta, sauce and protein options.
The restaurant will have a rotation of several pasta options which include gluten-free, and two long-noodle and short-noodle variations.
Pasta78 will also serve an array of sauces that feature its signature marinara and pesto, as well as rotating options like lobster cream and tuna red sauce.
When it comes to protein and vegetable options, the build-your-own pasta eatery offers meatballs, sausage, chicken, pancetta, grilled artichoke, eggplant and more.
Lastly, every pasta bowl will be topped with a blend of cheeses and basil to go along with a breadstick.
Grab-and-go salad options feature mixed green salad, Caprese salad and an Italian tuna salad, while dessert options include torta della nonna, cannoli and sfogliatella.
“I am thrilled to be able to share the fresh pasta and sauces that were inspired my father, chef Antonio Magliozzi, with our guests,” founder Cosmo Magliozzi said in a press release.
“He has been celebrated for his legendary career as a celebrity chef and restauranteur, and to be able to bring his authentic Italian approach to cooking to a fast-casual concept for everyone to try is an honor.”
The restaurant’s hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
