PHOENIX — A suspect was hospitalized Thursday evening after being shot by two Phoenix police officers, according to authorities.
Phoenix police responded to a shots fired call in a neighborhood near 7th Street and Baseline Road at about 9:30 p.m.
The caller said a shirtless man discharged a weapon and was playing loud music.
Officers located a man that matched the caller’s description outside a nearby residence and noticed he had a gun tucked into with waistband.
