PHOENIX — A newly opened single-bedroom housing unit in downtown Phoenix with prices starting in the $200,000 range is selling out quickly.
Only eight of the 43 units at the Verde Park Condominiums in the Historic Garfield District remain available, the complex said Wednesday.
Unit sizes for the two-building, three-floor complex at the corner of Ninth and Polk streets range from 432 to 744 square feet.
Each condo has a private balcony or patio and 9-foot-high ceilings.
“Verde Park’s success starts with our developers who had the desire to build attainable homes in central Phoenix,” Brokers Hub Realty owner Nicholas Yale said in a statement.
“It is exciting to reach out to buyers with a community in the downtown area that is normally unavailable.
Move-ins for the complex are scheduled to begin in October.
