PHOENIX — Phoenix-based online auto retailer Carvana is looking to fill 200 full-time hourly positions on its customer care team, the company announced in a press release on Friday.

The company says the positions are currently remote with a plan to return to its Tempe offices in the future.

Those on the customer care team answer questions, resolve issues and help people purchase a car on the website, according to the release.

A high school diploma or GED is required for the role, a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, along with internet access and an ability to work full-time hours including one weekend shift.

The interview process and training programs will take place online. Those interested can upload a resume and schedule an interview on the company’s website.

Carvana offers full benefits to employees with a 401k match, paid time off, auto discounts and more, according to the release.

Start dates take place every Monday throughout the fall.
