Transportation tech company relocating to downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX — CVO Holding Company will relocate its corporate headquarters to Block 23 at Cityscape in downtown Phoenix next spring, it was announced.

The transportation technology provider’s lease with Red Development is for more than 30,000 square feet, according to a press release last week.

“We couldn’t be more excited to continue enjoying the energy and innovation that comes from officing in downtown Phoenix and we are taking that to the next level at Block 23,” CVO Holding Company President and CEO Skip Kinford said in the release.

“From having direct access to the grocery store to an amazing open-air recreation area, our employees are going to experience the unparalleled work environment they deserve.”

Located at 101 E. Washington St., the mixed-use facility contains 230,000 square feet of office space, a 332-unit luxury urban apartment community, 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a 67,000-square-foot Fry’s Signature Marketplace.

In the fall, Block 23 at Cityscape will also welcome as tenants WeWork, Ernst & Young, Chase Bank, and Blanco Tacos & Tequila,
