Loop 101 in East Valley to be restricted this week for pavement work

PHOENIX — The Loop 101 Price Freeway will be restricted at times in the East Valley this week for pavement work, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Restrictions begin Wednesday night when northbound Loop 101 will be narrowed to two lanes from U.S. 60 to the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday. The same stretch of freeway will also be narrowed from 8 p.m. Thursday until 5 a.m. Friday.
Also, southbound Loop 101 will be closed between the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway in Tempe and the Loop 202 Santan Freeway in Chandler from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
The Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway ramps to southbound Loop 101, the U.S. 60 ramps to southbound Loop 101 and westbound U.S. 60 on-ramp at Dobson Road will be closed during that time.
Finally, northbound Loop 101 will be narrowed to three lanes from Baseline Road to the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway from 9 p.m. Friday to noon Sunday.
The U.S. 60 ramps to northbound Loop 101, the northbound Loop 101 on- and off-ramps between Guadalupe Road and University Drive and the westbound U.S. 60 on-ramp at Alma School Road will be closed during that time.
