PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Thursday morning after the subject was found unharmed.

Noe Pena, 53, had last been seen Tuesday at his residence near 32nd Avenue and Jackson Street, and the Silver Alert was issued Wednesday.

He was located near 16th and Roosevelt streets, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

He has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.

He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt, black and red shorts, and black and white pants over the shorts.

Pena is 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Pena has difficulty walking and left both of his walkers at home.

He also has old burn injuries that cover most of his body and is missing a finger on his right hand.

Pena does not speak well but should be wearing a hospital bracelet that has his name and birth date.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call Phoenix police at 602-534-2121.

We want to hear from you.
