PHOENIX — Sorry, ’80s hard rock fans, you’ll have to wait until next year to shout at the devil and demand the pouring of sugar while pumping your fists.

The Stadium Tour, with headliners Motley Crue and Def Leppard, has been pushed back a year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The rock extravaganza, which also includes Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, had been set to hit State Farm Stadium in Glendale next month. The recently announced new date is Sept. 3, 2021.

All tickets purchased for the original show will be good for the new date.

Ticket holders were sent emails with instructions on how to get a refund if they can’t attend the rescheduled show.

Motley Crue hasn’t toured since 2015, when the band completed what was billed as a farewell voyage.

The reunion tour is now set to begin June 19, 2021, in Nashville.

Two of the bands in the lineup have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Def Leppard in 2019 and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts in 2015.

We want to hear from you.
