Silver Alert canceled for 78-year-old Phoenix man with medical condition

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Friday for a 78-year-old Phoenix man after he was located and found in good health.
Ausencio Lopez-Rivera left his home around 3 p.m. near 111th Ave. and West Sells Drive, authorities said.
Lopez-Rivera suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to lose his sense of direction and appear confused.
Lopez-Rivera has gray hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet, four inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He also has a mustache and a scar on his left cheek,
He was last seen wearing a blue hat, blue shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes with white socks.
