PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing 84-year-old man in Phoenix, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Thomas Wesolowski was found just before noon on Monday at an apartment complex near Central Avenue and Bell Road.

Wesolowski suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to be disoriented and get lost easily, authorities said.

He was last seen leaving his residence on foot in the area of 3rd Avenue and Bell Road sometime between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. Monday morning.

Wesolowski stands at 5-foot-10, weighs 150 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green camouflage long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and green camouflage shoes.
