PHOENIX — A Phoenix man who was the subject of a Silver Alert more than two months ago was located in good health, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said Monday.

The alert for 61-year-old Jose Rocha-Fraire of Phoenix was issued June 2.

Authorities didn’t provide details about how or where he was found.

When last seen before the alert, he was being transported to an assisted living facility in the area of 26th Avenue and Union Hills Drive but never entered the facility, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

He suffers from a mental condition that may make him appear confused and disoriented.

Rocha-Fraire is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a blue Adidas sweater and dark blue jeans when he disappeared.

Anyone with information on Rocha-Fraire’s whereabouts is asked to call Phoenix police at 602-534-2121.

We want to hear from you.
