PHOENIX – An officer-involved shooting Friday night left one man with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to Phoenix Police, officers responded to a call around 10 p.m. that there was a man with a gun making threats near 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.

Two officers arrived on the scene and when they attempted to make contact, 22-year-old Omar Luna fled toward his residence.

When Luna approached the entry way, he pulled out a handgun and fired a round.
