PHOENIX – Valley electronic dance music fans can get their live fix this weekend at a pair of drive-in concert events with social distancing in mind.

The Road Rave EDM festival is set for 7-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday night at the Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Chandler.

Promoters are aiming to recreate a live concert experience that keeps attendees safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

Each vehicle will be assigned a parking area, and concertgoers can leave their cars but must stay within their allotted space.

Saturday’s concert is sold out, but tickets remained for Friday’s show as of Thursday morning.

Carnage, who is the headliner, Hulk Gang (4B and Valentino Khan), and Dr. Fresch with Bijou are on the bill each night.

Deorro and Blossom round out Friday’s lineup, and Saymyname and Paz are up Saturday.

Prices range from $115 to $550 per vehicle plus service charges, depending on parking space location and vehicle seating capacity (maximums are five or eight passengers).

We want to hear from you.
