Shooting leaves man with life-threatening injuries, suspect arrested

PHOENIX — Phoenix police have located the suspect in a shooting that left one man with life-threatening injuries following a suspected drug deal.

The victim was located near the intersection of 17th and Missouri avenues and taken to the hospital.

Police located the suspect nearly four miles away by the intersection of Alice and 25th avenues.

According to police, no other suspects were involved in the incident.

Detectives have begun an investigation.

No further details were provided.
