Businesses around the country and world are grinding to a halt because of concerns about COVID-19. It’s a difficult time, one fraught with challenges.
Many local businesses are doing their best to meet the needs of customers and employees while abiding by restrictions put in place to keep the community safe. Sanderson Ford in Glendale is one of them.
The dealership is offering special payment plans as well as roadside and in-house services to help customers make it through the next few months. Through Ford’s Built to Lend a Hand program, the company at large is also helping medical professionals get the resources they need to combat the pandemic.
“Through extraordinary events, natural disasters and now unprecedented health concerns, Ford stays by your side,” Ford says on its website. “Our dealers are an essential part of your community and are committed to keeping you moving through these challenging times.”
Here are some of the ways Sanderson Ford is helping you get the services you need during this difficult time.
Deferred payments and special financing
Although it may not seem like the ideal time to buy a car, there are options available, even if you don’t have cash to spend right now.
For example, to help you financially during the pandemic, Sanderson Ford is deferring car payments and offering 0% interest. In fact, you can get 0% APR for seven years on almost all 2019 Ford models.
Open for service needs
As part of the Ford Built to Lend a Hand program, Sanderson Ford is staying open to service your vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about having car issues with no one to help fix them.
Ford has provided its dealers with guidelines and tools for cleaning and disinfecting vehicles so that your safety is the number one priority when you bring your car in for servicing.
Remote sales
Sanderson Ford is offering remote vehicle sales to help you limit in-person visits to the dealership, instead letting you keep safe and stay comfortable.
“This service allows you to apply for credit, choose financing terms and review and select any optional vehicle protection products, all online and whenever is most convenient for you,” the dealership says.
Simply visit the Sanderson Ford website, select a vehicle you’re interested in from the online showroom, and begin the buying process by choosing the Shop from Home option. From there, choose how you’d like to pay: cash, lease or financing. If you choose to finance, the customizable slider will help determine your monthly payment. You can also add any service and protection plans you want.
Sanderson Ford will deliver your new vehicle to your home. If you like, you can request to have a vehicle driven to your home for a test drive before making a purchase.
Support for the medical community
In addition to helping local customers, Ford is supporting medical workers at the forefront of the pandemic with the resources they need to combat COVID-19. Ford has partnered with 3M, General Electric, and United Auto Workers to rapidly expand production of much-needed medical equipment and supplies, such as air-purifying respirators, face shields for essential workers, and ventilators for patients.
