Arizona Gov. Ducey to hold virtual town hall on coronavirus outbreak

PHOENIX — Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey will lead an online coronavirus town hall on Thursday at 6 p.m.
The governor will be joined by other state leaders such as Department of Health Services Director Dr. Cara Christ, National Guard Major General Michael McGuire and Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman, according to a press release.
The town hall will be one hour long and be broadcast live by multiple local media outlets, including KTAR News 92.3 FM.
Ducey and his team will be answering questions from public.

On Monday, Ducey issued a statewide stay-at-home order mandating that residents remain indoors except when purchasing essential needs.
The “Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected” executive order went into effect Tuesday at 5 p.m. and will be enforced through April.
