I can’t tell you how excited we are to launch That
Real Estate Show.

Let me make one thing clear.

This show is for YOU.

We began broadcasting Saturday, June 2, 2012 and it has
been a real labor of love to get here. Our team includes
Valley Journalist Linda Williams, myself, Realtor and
broadcaster, Diane Brennan and Producer Rod Lakin. We are
three people that love real estate and who see the need
for a show that gives accurate information to help you
make the best decisions for your family.

Oh sure, here you can buy a home, sell a home, look for
investment properties, learn about your lending options,
but this show is much, much more than that.

Let me explain.

Never in recent history have we seen a real estate market
as tumultuous as this one. The market crash affected
everyone in the Valley.

Everyone.

When that real estate
bubble burst, the Phoenix, Arizona metro area was one of
the hardest hit in the country. Words like short sale,
underwater, loan modification are now part of our
vernacular. But we still run into people that don’t
really know what a short sale is.

We run into people
that don’t know what their options are.

We run into
people that don’t think they have choices.

We saw the
need for a place that people can go to get the tools and
information to make the best choices for themselves.

Not
to mention, so much is changing so quickly when it comes
to the real estate market that it’s tough to keep up.

We’ve created a place to give you the most up to date
information. We’ve got a great team together to bring you
valuable information every week about the real estate
market in Arizona. It’s not all numbers to make your eyes
glaze over.

Believe
me, we need our information presented to us in a way we
can understand. Sometimes it takes me an hour and a half
to watch 60 minutes. We don’t need to be bamboozled with
a bunch of numbers and confusing percentages. We don’t
need someone on the radio talking above us or down to us.
We like a straight shooter that will give us the facts
and let us know our options. Entertaining wouldn’t hurt
either. That’s what we aim to provide to you at “That
Real
Estate Show.”

We hope that you join us on our journey to accomplish
that. We’d love your questions, we’d love your
feedback.

Your Voice In Real Estate

Diane Brennan is Your Voice in Real Estate for the
Phoenix, Arizona metro area. She also co-hosts That
Real Estate Show with Linda Williams every Saturday at
3pm on News Talk 92.3 KTAR. She failed miserably at
pursuing a career in Gold Digging and currently helps
people buy and sell property everywhere in the Phoenix
metro area from Scottsdale to Paradise Valley to Goodyear
and Chandler. Rumor is she knows her stuff and can be
quite enjoyable to be around for long periods of time.
Her driving….not so much.
