Take 5 For Foodies: Paolo Milani

Pat McMahon sat down with Paolo Milani to discuss his role for the 25th anniversary dinner in honor of Al Molina of Molina Fine Jewelers. Paolo was one of a few invited chefs chosen for his outstanding work for the dinner.

Paolo Milani’s part in the anniversary dinner included his contribution of cheese and other items straight from Italy.

Pat McMahon also inquired about all of the differences between Northern and Southern Italian cuisine, Italian food preparation in the United States and in the ingredients available for Italian food.
