PHOENIX — Arizona foodies have a brand new restaurant to check out in north-central Scottsdale.
Located on the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard, the recently-opened Cook & Craft features modern American and healthy menu options.
“Our goal was to create the type of dishes we would serve our own families,” said Brandon Juniper, founder of Cook & Craft in a press release.
He added that his new restaurant provides guests with “an atmosphere that encourages ‘hanging out,’ much like what we might do on weekends in the Valley… Just Enjoy the company of friends and family, grill hamburgers and soak up this wonderful place we call home.”
Cook & Craft’s Executive Chef Martin Kucera is no stranger to the local restaurant scene, having led such Valley kitchens as Sapporo, Temple Bar and Grill, Burger Theory, The Creek Patio Grill and Kasai Asian Grill.
Open for lunch and dinner, Cook & Craft features local interpretations of hearty entrees as well as salads and many vegan, vegetarian and gulten-free options.
Diners are also welcome to bring their dogs to the restaurant’s pet-friendly patio.
