Gilbert IT company merges with 2 others to form national company
PHOENIX — A Gilbert IT company has merged with two others to form a national company.
The I.T. Workshop combined with Maryland/Virginia-based FullScope IT and New York-based Kincaid Network Solutions. The company will assume the FullScope IT name, according to a press release.
The combined company will have more than 30 employees and will have locations in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South and Southwest.
Staff and locations of the companies won’t be affected by the merger.
“Our goal is to enhance our solutions and deliver personal differentiated service, predictable flat-fee pricing structure and alignment with those we serve,” Darren Patoni, founder and CEO of The I.T. Workshop and now president of FullScope IT, said in the release.
“The information technology industry is the fastest changing industry in the world.”
The company will handle managed IT and security services including HIPAA, FINRA, PCI and NIST compliance requirements.
The I.T. Workshop has been in business in the Valley since 1999.
