Silver Alert canceled for missing 77-year-old Scottsdale man

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing Scottsdale man.
Russell Nelson, 77, was located Saturday morning and is safe, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
He takes frequent walks around his neighborhood and commonly visits restaurants nearby.
Nelson suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.
He does not drive or have a cell phone.
Nelson is 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
