PHOENIX — The typical experience of viewing a movie on the silver screen will combine with a live stage show for a truly unique experience at Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix on Thursday.
Taking place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. at the District Stage, stilt walkers, acrobats, fire dancers and comedians will perform while Disney’s 2018 movie ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ plays on a 50-by-14-foot LED screen.
Games and giveaways will be available during the free event, along with food and drink specials from participating restaurants.
Early arrival is recommended as seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Patrons are welcome to bring their own seating to enjoy the show.
The show is the second live movie feature to take place at the District Stage and is part of the shopping center’s Movies After Dark series.
The first live performance took place in July and was accompanied by a showing of “The Greatest Showman.”
