PHOENIX — Well-known for its multitude of delicious restaurants, Arizona can now officially lay claim to some of the nation’s most romantic culinary experiences.
According to the popular website OpenTable, where users can reserve spots at their favorite restaurants and rate their experiences, six of America’s 100 most romantic restaurants are right here in the Valley.
Published in no particular order, the top-100 list included Cafe Monarch in Scottsdale, LON’s at The Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley, Steak 44 in Phoenix, Dominick’s Steakhouse in Scottsdale, Ocean 44 in Scottsdale and Virtu Honest Craft in Scottsdale.
Scottsdale’s Cafe Monarch is no stranger to national notoriety, and in 2018 was named by TripAdvisor as the second-most romantic restaurant in America, while the Charleston Grill in Charleston, South Carolina, secured the top spot.
OpenTable published their results after “an analysis of 80,000,000+ reviews of more than 30,000 restaurants across the country — all submitted by verified diners.”
The main factors taken into account were customers’ related experience regarding “scrumptious food, alluring ambiance and unmatched service.”
