Free Internet service for everyone — really

May 29, 2013, 12:00 PM | Updated: 6:16 pm

Everyone wants free Internet service, but $20 bucks a month ain’t too bad either.

FreedomPop is now available nationwide, and its offering is unique.

The goal is to provide fast, wireless Internet, anytime, anywhere, for FREE!

When you sign up for FreedomPop’s wireless Internet service, you get 500 megabytes of data for free!

You can also sign up for their 2-gigabytes service for just $20 bucks a month. That’s cheaper than most smartphone data plans, plus you can use it with any device.

Now that level of service is great for an average, casual user but not for you hard core music streamers and YouTubers.

The Premiere service gives you 4 gigabytes for under $30 bucks. That’s half the price of AT&T or Verizon.

They’ve formed wholesale partnerships with companies that provide 4G Wimax and 4G LTE mobile broadband. These networks deliver high-speed Internet and keep you mobile.

If you’re a check email, look at Facebook and do your banking kind of person, FreedomPop could replace your cable or DSL at home.

The hotspot device will set you back $30, you can use it at home or take it with you and there are no contracts. You can cancel it anytime.

We’ve got the answers to your technology questions.

All you have to do is ask us at Facebook.
