It’s a sad, sad day when a company makes it about THEM and not about YOU, the consumer.
So, goodbye Southwest Airlines.
The low-fare, cares about you, airline with a sense of humor is gone. No more do my “bags fly for free,” and you can forget about “being free to move about the country.”
No, Southwest has grown up and lost the one thing that it prided itself on for over two decades: it’s sophomoric and sarcastic business swagger. Now, it’s all business and all about THEM.
But what I loved about Southwest Airlines was they made it all about ME!
