Jimmy Fallon, Jake Gyllenhaal square off in water war for the ages

Oh, Jimmy Fallon, you just keep on giving.

The “Tonight Show” host invited actor Jake Gyllenhaal on his show last week to talk about his new movie, “Nightcrawler.”

While we’re sure the conversation was incredibly enlightening, it’s the water war we cared about. In the televised game, Fallon and a guest — Gyllenhaal in this case — play the card game War.

But it’s not ordinary War. The loser gets a glass of water dumped over their head and, once the cups are gone, the loser gets sprayed with a huge squirt gun.

We won’t spoil the winner, but let’s just say this: Both Fallon and Gyllenhaal got creative with the water.
