Polish prankster uses spider-dog to terrorize people

If pranks are an art, then this clip might just be evidence of the next Leonardo da Vinci.

A Polish man, already popular on YouTube for his clever tricks and scares, published a new video Thursday which featuring his dog dressed as a giant spider.

The well-placed hidden cameras and elaborate setups are certainly impressive enough, especially when the man, dressed in ghoulish costume, releases his “giant spider” into the greenly-lit night.

But what ensues next is even more remarkable because of the way the prankster lets his victims scare themselves.

He provides all the tools: carnage the monster might have left behind, giant webs across the stairwells, but when the spider-dog emerges it’s really the victims’ imaginations that get them running.

Close up, the costume is clever but obvious — the grinning dog is easy to spot. But by the time the people see the dog itself, their minds and adrenaline are running wild. So much so, that their reactions are a real scream.
