Little Kayden Elijah Kinckle is only 2 years old, but he doesn’t want you to worry about him: He’s got this.
Kayden was born with omphalocele, “a defect in his intestinal wall that caused his intestines and other organs to stick out through his navel,” Gawker reported.
He also had an issue with the umbilical cord in his womb that required his right foot and left leg to be amputated.
Everyone — even her doctors — told Kayden’s mom to terminate her pregnancy, because her child wouldn’t make it, let alone ever walk.
But Kayden’s mom continued with the pregnancy, and Kayden was born with his spine and hip bones completely normal, she wrote on YouTube.
Now, with the help of prosthetics and a mini walker, Kayden is discovering the world on two feet, and as you can see from about the 1:00 mark, he doesn’t need your help.
He’s got this.
Swagger on, little man.
