Young man with disabilities rejoices over Walmart job offer

Jun 13, 2014, 4:38 AM | Updated: 4:38 am

On the brighter side of news, one young man with disabilities recently accepted a job at Walmart and couldn’t be happier, as seen in a video posted on YouTube last month.

BuzzFeed says a young man named Nicholas had been working with an online vocational training program called eTrac for seven months prior to doing two interviews with Walmart.

At the start of the video, Nick is at the eTrac office and he listens to a voicemail asking him to call his potential employer back. When he does, his hand is shaking, but he plays it cool over the phone as he’s offered the job.

Nick accepts the job to be a greeter for the store, and when he hangs up, the celebration commences. The young man promptly calls his father to tell him the good news.
