PHOENIX — A new electronic system can tell you if your baby needs a diaper change.

The Lumi By Pampers Connected Care System was featured recently at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Pampers Product Technology Leader Blanca Arizti said the system includes a video monitor, diapers and an activity sensor that attaches to the diapers.

“The activity sensor will automatically record all of baby’s activities, sleep and diapers,” Arizti said.

It then sends that information to an app on your phone.

Arizti says the system is on sale now.

“The start kit, which contains the video monitor, one activity sensor, two boxes of diapers and unlimited access to the app is selling for $349,” said Arizti.

We want to hear from you.
