Chandler police safely find boy, 10, who didn’t board school bus

PHOENIX – Authorities have found a 10-year-old Chandler boy who didn’t get on his bus after school Monday.
The Chandler Police Department said Xavier Chapman was found about a quarter of a mile away from school knocking on a neighbor’s door.
Chapman is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was last seen wearing a red hoodie with a letter A and red jogger-style pants before being found, according to Chandler police.
He attends Conley Elementary School at 500 S. Arrowhead Drive near Dobson and Pecos roads.
Anybody with information about Xavier’s whereabouts was asked to call 911.
