PHOENIX — If you like to sample a little bit of everything on the dinner table, here’s an event for you.

The Street Eats Food Truck Festival will return to Scottsdale on Feb. 8-9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event at Salt River Fields near Via de Ventura and the Loop 101 will host more than 55 food trucks, each offering a $2 sample.

There will also be live music, lawn games, a local vendor marketplace, kids activities and cooking classes.

The festival will also hold daily eating contests for pies, 48-ounce burgers, hot dogs and doughnuts.

Early-bird general admission tickets are $8 for adults, while kids 12 and under are free.

Early-bird VIP tickets, which include five beverages, two food tokens and access to a VIP lounge and private bathrooms, are $50.

Ticket prices for both categories will increase after Jan. 1.

Food trucks signed up for the fair so far include Honey Bear’s BBQ, Maine Lobster Lady, Queso Good, Burgers Amore and Kona Ice.
