PHOENIX — An American restaurant is opening its doors inside a downtown Phoenix hotel later this month.

Barrel & Bushel will open at the Hyatt Regency on the corner of Second and Adams streets on Dec. 26, marketing coordinator Bly Deuser confirmed in an email.

“With the convenient location across from the Phoenix Convention Center and within walking distance to many of downtown Phoenix’s attractions and new high rises, Barrel & Bushel is the new neighborhood hot spot for locals and visitors alike,” Deuser said.

The restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor seating for up to 200 guests and a street-side patio equipped with misters, fans, heaters and a fireplace.

For those wanting a drink, there will be 16 local taps and craft cocktails offered daily.

The restaurant will be Barrel & Bushel’s second nationwide location. The original is also located in a Hyatt Regency, with that one in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.

Barrel & Bushel is replacing one of the Phoenix Hyatt’s restaurants, Networks Bar & Grill.

The restaurant, which was around for almost 20 years, closed in May, according to ABC15.
