PHOENIX — Check your pockets. An unclaimed Arizona Lottery ticket worth $14.6 million expires Monday.

The Pick jackpot ticket was sold June 5 at the Circle K near Van Buren Street and Litchfield Road in Goodyear.

The winning numbers were 4, 14, 22, 24, 28 and 43.

To claim the ticket, the winner must bring it to an Arizona Lottery office before 5 p.m.

If the money remains unclaimed, it will be given to three local programs: 30% to Court Appointed Special Advocates, up to $835,000 to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force and up to $250,000 to the Dual Tribal Enrollment Fund.

Leftover money also funds prizes for future games, according to a lottery spokeswoman.

The Pick is the state’s draw game and costs $1 per entry. The odds of winning a jackpot are 1 in 7,059,052.

If claimed, the winner can choose an estimated annual annuity payment of about $500,000 per year for 30 years or a lump sum of about $9.3 million.

The prize is one of several in Arizona that have yet to be claimed, including three worth $50,000 apiece and another three each worth $10,000.
