Latin music artist Marc Anthony coming to Phoenix in 2020

PHOENIX – Multiple Grammy Award-winning Latin music star Marc Anthony will make a stop in the desert next year during his Opus Tour.
He will play at Talking Stick Resort Arena in downtown Phoenix on Oct. 30.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale now. The general public will have their chance to purchase tickets on Friday.
“Opus” was nominated this week for a Grammy award for best tropical Latin album. It is Anthony’s first new studio album in six years.
His album “Amar Sin Mentiras” won best Latin pop album at the 2005 Grammy Awards. Anthony was honored with a Grammy award in 1999 for best tropical Latin performance of his song “Contra La Corriente”.
Born in New York, the 51-year-old singer has two Billboard top 10 hits with “You Sang to Me” reaching No. 2 on the charts in June of 2000 and “I Need to Know” rising to No. 3 in 1999.
He’s sold over 12 million albums and is a member of the Billboard Hall of Fame.
Anthony has also appeared on the silver screen during his illustrious career, acting in Campbell Scott and Stanley Tucci’s “Big Night” (1996) and Martin Scorsese’s “Bringing Out the Dead” (1999), just to name a few.
