Offices at Chandler Viridian grow as 1-year anniversary approaches
PHOENIX — Nearing the one-year anniversary of operation, Offices at Chandler Viridian will be adding another company to the facility while a current tenant plans to expand within it, international real estate firm Hines announced in a press release.
Oaktree Funding Corp., a wholesale mortgage lender based in California, will be moving into the award-winning location during the second quarter of 2020 from a smaller location in Chandler. The space and operational capacity will be significantly larger compared to their former location.
In the release, Kristopher Martin, executive vice president with Oaktree Funding Corp., was quoted praising the convenience of the location near the Loop 101 and Loop 202, as well as available amenities in the area.
“We have experienced unprecedented growth over the last couple of years and our long-term commitment to this space will allow us the room to facilitate our exponential growth for many years to come,” Martin said.
Meanwhile, Hines also announced global engineering, architecture and consulting firm Stantec will expand and occupy 25% of the building.
Opening in January 2019 with over 250,000 square feet of leaseable space, Chandler Viridian is the tallest multi-tenant office building in the city. The facility also houses Workuity, a coworking firm, as well as dental implant company ClearChoice.

Offices at Chandler Viridian won Commercial Property Executive Magazine’s 2018 Distinguished Achievement Silver Award for Repositioning/Redevelopment. It was also honored with the Mixed-Use Project of the Year and Speculative Office of the Year at the 2019 Best of NAIOP Arizona Awards.
Offices at Chandler Viridian is the capstone to a mixed-use project for the area that also includes a Cambria Hotel and Suites, luxury apartments, retail offerings, dog park, jogging trail to all properties and public plaza with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.
