Silver Alert canceled for 75-year-old Surprise man found by police

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Monday for a missing 75-year-old man from Surprise after he was found by police.

Anthony “A.J.” Kesman was last seen at home near Parkview Place and Grand Avenue around 9:15 that morning.

He has a medical condition that “leaves him with a diminished mental capacity” and does not have access to a vehicle, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Kesman is 5-foot-11 and weighs about 165 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a gray sweater with flags on one sleeve, a red shirt, blue pants and tan shoes.

Anyone who sees him was asked to call Surprise Police at 623-222-4000.
