PHOENIX — Scottsdale police arrested a man Wednesday who allegedly looked through windows to watch at least 11 teenage girls shower and change clothes.
Steven Anthony Spoon faces 45 charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and unlawful viewing.
Police said the investigation began in August after they received multiple reports of a man entering yards and looking through windows.
Spoon was arrested after detectives saw him leave the backyard of a north Scottsdale home around 10 p.m.
He reportedly told police that he targeted the homes of teenage girls so he could watch them undress.
Anyone with information on the case was asked to call police at 480-312-5000.
