PHOENIX — A Mesa library is bringing together some of the Valley’s best writing minds next weekend.
Dobson Ranch Library is hosting a local author book fair on Oct. 26 from 1-4 p.m., according to a press release.
The event will feature adult fiction and non-fiction authors, who will talk about their books and the writing process during the three-hour event, the release said.
Authors attending the event include Kelli Donley Williams, author of Under the Same Moon, Basket Baby and Counting Coup; Ray Torres, author of The Monster War Series and Ann Griffin, author of the award-winning Another Ocean to Cross.
The local author book fair is part of a quarterly effort from the Mesa Public Library to allow residents to learn about the writers around them.
Authors who want to be featured in future book fair events can email the library at localazauthors@mesaaz.gov.
