If you’ve been in the Valley for a while, you might be able to help police out with this one:
“This is definitely a cold case,” said Phoenix Police Sgt. Darren Burch.
“This was on Saturday, June 8, 2002 at about 10 p.m. Twenty-four-year-old Josh Harbor was drinking soda and playing video games at the Coyote Wild Bar and Grill near Seventh Avenue and Bell. It’s a place where some biker gangs hang out.”
Josh loved motorcycles and had a few biker gang friends, but he wasn’t a drinker and didn’t look for trouble. There were about 30 people in the bar that night when Josh walked outside for a minute. Witnesses heard a gunshot.
“Josh walked back into the bar holding his neck,” Burch said. “He’d been shot and, unfortunately, he bled to death right there in the bar.”
