MESA, Ariz. – It was April 11th when a Valley mother was walking in the parking lot of Superstition Springs mall when a woman terrorized her and her children.
Phoenix Police Sergeant Paul Penzone says the mother was buckling her two children in when the woman approached her car.
The mother immediately recognized the suspect was either holding a gun or a Taser that was tucked under her left armpit with her arms crossed.
She told the mother to give her all that she had or she would hurt her and her kids.
The victim told her she didn’t have anything and even showed her the inside of her purse. That’s when things got worse.
The suspect blew cigarette smoke in her face and told the victim if she doesn’t give her something, that her boyfriend, who was seated in the car nearby, would not only shoot her but her children also.
Just then, another customer walked up and the woman ran to her car, got in the passenger seat and took off.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic female in her late 20’s to early 30’s with long brown hair. She has a tattoo on her left shoulder.
Her boyfriend is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s to early 30’s with shorter shaved hair, a mustache and a medium build.
