Several parts of Valley affected by this weekend’s freeway restrictions

PHOENIX — Several parts of the Valley will be affected by this weekend’s round of freeway restrictions, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
In west Phoenix, eastbound Interstate 10 will be closed at 75th Avenue from 9 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday for work on the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway interchange.
Eastbound I-10 traffic will detour along the off- and on-ramps at 75th Avenue.
The eastbound I-10 on-ramps at 91st, 83rd and 79th avenues and the off-ramp at 67th Avenue will also be closed.

Additionally, 75th Avenue at I-10 will be closed in both directions during that time, and 67th Avenue at I-10 will be closed in both directions for a longer period, from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 p.m. Saturday.
In Ahwatukee, the eastbound Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway interim lanes between 40th Street and I-10 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for paving.
Both eastbound Loop 202 ramps to I-10 south of Chandler Boulevard will also be closed.
In north Phoenix, the southbound State Route 51 off-ramp at Northern Avenue will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday for barrier wall repairs.
In Chandler, the southbound Loop 101 Price Freeway will be narrowed to two lanes overnight between Warner and Ray roads from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday to set a concrete barrier for ramp reconstruction.
