PHOENIX — The swanky restaurant within Scottsdale’s Hotel Valley Ho is debuting an updated look and new menu items after a more than two-month renovation.
A ZuZu spokeswoman told KTAR News 92.3 FM on Tuesday that construction began July 29 and ended Oct. 5.
The restaurant at Indian School Road and 68th Street closed one half at a time to avoid having to fully shut down during the revamp, she said.
New features include a 240-square-foot herb and vegetable garden used for dishes and cocktails and The Vine Vault wine room.

“We are beyond excited to reintroduce ZuZu, not only to our wonderful Scottsdale community, but also to the guests of Hotel Valley Ho,” Russell LaCasce, executive chef, said in a press release.
“Our new menu is meant to surprise and delight, while still satisfying those classic cravings.”
New menu items include a crispy pork shank, oxtail pappardelle and Faroe Island salmon.
The restaurant is also now serving brunch everyday, including vanilla churro waffles and Korean short rib tacos.
Desserts include the ZuZu Chocolate Bar, a donut sundae, a buttermilk pie with blood-orange-soaked strawberries and the Pumpkin Smash milkshake.
