Castles-n-Coasters: Discounted entry Sunday for food bank donations

PHOENIX — Thrill seekers will receive discounted admission to Castles-n-Coasters while donating to St. Mary’s Food Bank on Sunday.

Castles-n-Coasters in Phoenix will offer $10 admission for unlimited outdoor rides in exchange for ten canned food items.

The donations can be 12-ounce containers or larger of peanut butter or canned chicken, meals, vegetables or fruits. Any other items will not be accepted for the promotion.

St. Mary’s Food Bank volunteers will be stationed outside the main entrance to collect the donations and give donors a voucher for discounted rides.

The only exception to the promotion is the new XD Dark Ride, which requires a $5 admission per ride.

The offer is only valid Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
