Paradise Valley estate with ultimate ‘man cave’ hits market for $11M

PHOENIX – Well-heeled home shoppers on the lookout for an ultra-luxury residence in the Phoenix area have an extravagant new option to check out.

A 14,396-square-foot contemporary mansion in Paradise Valley was listed for just under $11 million earlier this month.

The property joins a handful of others with a price tag above $10 million available in Maricopa County, topped by a Scottsdale spread with an asking price of $32 million.

Last month, a 15,000-square-foot Paradise Valley estate fetched $12.6 million.

The new listing is for a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom palace built in 2013 with unique features such as a theater room with seating for 13 and an ultimate “man cave” with golf simulator, billiards, full wet bar and more.

The Mummy Mountain Park estate sits on more than 2 acres and boasts an indoor basketball court with a retractable batting cage, a one-bedroom guest casita, an Olympic-sized pool and a par-3 golf hole on the grounds.

The master suite has floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors that offer views of the city and mountains, with his and hers bathrooms and a washer and dryer inside the walk-in closet.

The list of features goes on. Check out the realtor.com listing for all the details.
